This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which purchases made through Vincent View may be refunded, modified, or cancelled. Our goal is to ensure clarity and fairness for all visitors while respecting applicable consumer protection laws in the Netherlands and the European Union.

By purchasing tickets or services through our channels, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Ticket Purchases (Online and On-Site)
Tickets for museum entry, exhibitions, or guided tours can be purchased via authorized digital platforms or at the museum entrance. All ticket sales are subject to the following terms:

Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time (if applicable).

Entry is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket (printed or digital).

Resale of tickets without prior written consent is not permitted.

3. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation by the Visitor
If you wish to cancel your ticket or group reservation, the following terms apply:

Individual tickets may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund.

Group bookings (8 or more persons) must be cancelled at least 5 days in advance for a refund.

Cancellations made after the above periods are not eligible for refund.

b. Cancellation by the Museum
Vincent View reserves the right to cancel or reschedule visits in the event of force majeure, technical issues, or staff availability concerns. In such cases:

Visitors will be informed as early as possible.

A full refund or an alternative visit date will be offered.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy
Visitors who fail to arrive at the museum on the date and time indicated on their ticket will be considered no-shows. In such cases:

The ticket is no longer valid.

No refund or rescheduling will be offered unless prior notice was given within the allowed cancellation window.

5. Merchandise and Physical Goods
At present, Vincent View does not sell physical merchandise or ship products through its website. Therefore, this policy does not cover returns or exchanges for tangible goods. If this changes in the future, the policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Refund Method and Processing Time
If a refund is approved based on the conditions above:

The amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the amount.

7. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Tickets cancelled outside the designated time frames

Tickets purchased as part of promotional or group packages with non-refundable terms

Visitor dissatisfaction with exhibitions or subjective experience, unless due to service failure
